In North India Ranthambhore National Park is one of the largest park is situated in Sawai Madhopur district ,it’s one of the India Tiger reserves project known for tiger population .The people who are a wildlife love photographers the Ranthambhore is the best place. The park has very good accommodation facility and transportation inside the park. The good time to visit the park is from November and May, the park is open from 1st October to 30th June and closed from July to September .
The park was named on the historic Ranthambhore fortes which still within the park. The park is bounded to the north by the Banas River and to the South by the Chambal River and its lies on the edge of the plateau. The park is also the one of the largest site of Banyan Tree in India . The other wild animals found at Ranthambhore national park include the Tiger, Leopard, Nilgai, Dhole, Wild Pig, Sambar and Chital. It is also home to wide variety of trees, plants, birds and reptiles.
Tourist Places Near Ranthambhore National Park :
Ranthambhore Fort a place of Rajput Warriors 13km from Sawai Madhpur,
Bakula a dense forest which covered the wildlife sanctuary its has many water pools and water holes were we can easily see the tigresses with their young cubs .
Kachida Valley it’s in a low hill located at the outskirts of sanctuary, were we can found Panther, And Beer.
Lakarda Anantpura the area where can found the Sloth Beer, Hyenas and their pugmark can be seen. Jogi Mahal the fort is located near the park and offers a comfortable and amazing facilities to the people.
